KRMENADLE NA ITALIJANSKI NAČIN/POPPA ALL’ITALIANO

Sastojci za 4 osobe:                                                                                                      

4 krmenadle                                                                                                                     

2 jaja, brašno i prezle za pohovanje                                                                        

so i biber po ukusu                                                                                                         

ulje za prženje                                                                                                                                    

za sos:                                                                                                                         

2 jaja                                                                                                                                       

3 kašike kečapa                                                                                                               

200 ml kisele pavlake                                                                                             

3-4 supene kašike mleka                                                                                                                  

4 lista kačkavalja

1kašičica origana ili bosiljka


Priprema:

Krmenadle začiniti solju i biberom, uvaljati u brašno, pa umućena jaja, pa u prezle.   

Zagrejati malo ulja u tiganju, pa krmenadle ispržiti kratko sa obe strane.

Poređati  ispržene krmenadle u đuvečaru.                                                                     

Napraviti sos od umućenih jaja, kečapa, kisele pavlake, suvog origana ili bosiljka (može i oba) i malo mleka.

Tim sosom preliti krmenadle u đuvečari.                                                                              

Staviti da se peče u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni 20 minuta.

Onda izvaditi đuvečaru sa mesom i na svaku krmendalu staviti list kačkavalja, pa vratiti u rernu da se peče još 10 minuta.

Poslužiti vruće uz prilog po želji-rižoto, neku kuvanu testeninu, grilovanu palentu.
